Returns & Refunds
All our products are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns for a refund but we gladly exchange a product.
Products are eligible for refund only when a manufacturing fault occurs.
To be eligible for exchange, we need to be informed within 7 days and the customer should ship it back within 14 days after the product has been delivered.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase and the product must not be used by the customer. In case the product it is used, altered or damaged in any way, it is not eligible for exchange.
Customized products are not eligible for exchange.
All shipping costs occurs during the exchange of a product, must be covered by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and you will be asked to pay for the new shipping costs before we ship the goods.
We replace faulty or defective items. In such case, send us an email at email@example.com once you received the faulty product and we will guide you on how to proceed with the exchange.
All shipping expenses will be covered by YUME Label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
