Return and Exchange Policy

Exchange

In case a customer would like to EXCHANGE a product (size, color, style), we need to be informed within 7 days and the customer should ship it back within 14 days after the product has been delivered. The product must not be used by the customer. In case the product it is used, altered or damaged in any way, it is not eligible for exchange. The customer must cover all shipping costs that occur. Customised products are not eligible for exchange.

 Faulty products

We replace faulty or defective items. In such case, send us an email at yumeworld.online@gmail.com once you received the faulty product and we will guide you on how to proceed with the exchange.                                                     *All shipping expenses will be covered by YUME
*Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.                                                                                                             

Refund

All our products are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns for a refund but we gladly exchange a product.
